Our storefront sells research-grade peptides intended strictly for in-vitro research, laboratory use, and scientific study only. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.

2. Newsletter Terms

By subscribing to the MedTides Research Daily Digest newsletter, you agree to receive daily automated emails containing curated peptide research from PubMed. You may unsubscribe at any time via the one-click link included in every email.

• Newsletter content is algorithmically curated from PubMed and does not represent editorial endorsement
• Research summaries are for educational reference and should not be interpreted as clinical guidance
• Email frequency is once daily (7:00 AM CT) unless otherwise noted
• We reserve the right to modify newsletter frequency or format with reasonable notice

3. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website — including articles, design elements, graphics, logos, and the MedTides brand identity — is the intellectual property of MedTides Research and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

5. Purchase Terms & Research Use Agreement

By purchasing any product from MedTides Research, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• All products will be used exclusively for in-vitro research, laboratory use, or scientific study
• Products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, medical diagnosis, therapeutic application, or any clinical use
• Products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any regulatory agency
• You will not resell, redistribute, or misrepresent any products purchased from MedTides
• You accept full responsibility for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding research compounds

6. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds and the strict handling requirements for lyophilized peptides, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for:

• Products received damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)
• Incorrect items shipped (must be reported within 48 hours)
• Products that fail to meet stated purity specifications (must provide third-party test results)

Contact support@medtides.us within 48 hours of delivery for any order issues.

7. Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 (3–5 business days)
• Free Shipping: on orders $200 or more
• Domestic (US) shipping only at this time
• Tracking numbers provided for all orders

MedTides is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier after confirmed delivery or handoff to USPS.

8. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Zelle — instant bank-to-bank transfer to medtides.us@gmail.com (preferred)
• USDC — cryptocurrency stablecoin via Base network

All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be received and verified before order processing.

9. Accuracy & Product Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy, peptide science is a rapidly evolving field. MedTides Research makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any educational content published on this platform.

Product descriptions, purity percentages, and research summaries are based on manufacturer specifications and published literature. Actual results may vary. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify product suitability for their specific research application.

10. Limitation of Liability

MedTides Research, its owners, operators, and contributors shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of information provided on this website, in our newsletter, or from products purchased through our storefront. This includes but is not limited to decisions made based on our educational content or any use of products beyond their stated research-only purpose.

Use of this website, its content, and any products purchased is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Hidalgo County, Texas. You agree that disputes may only be brought in your individual capacity, not as part of any class or representative proceeding.
