1. Research Use Only

All products sold by MedTides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are not approved for human consumption, medical use, therapeutic applications, diagnostic procedures, or veterinary use. None of these products have been evaluated, approved, or endorsed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body.

By purchasing from MedTides, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that all products will be used exclusively for lawful research purposes in compliance with all applicable regulations.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website and purchase products from MedTides. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. MedTides reserves the right to cancel any order if we believe the purchaser does not meet the minimum age requirement.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Payment is processed securely through Square, Inc.
• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
• MedTides reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival

4. Shipping Policy

• MedTides ships exclusively within the United States
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same business day
• Standard shipping: $5.99 (free on orders over $200)
• All shipments include tracking and discreet packaging
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days via USPS/UPS
• MedTides is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

• The product was damaged during shipping
• The wrong product was sent
• The product does not match its described specifications

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@medtides.us with photos and your order number.

6. Product Quality

• All peptides are third-party tested for purity and identity
• We guarantee a minimum purity of 99% unless otherwise stated
• Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request
• Products should be stored at 2°C to 8°C for short-term use, or -20°C for long-term storage
• Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles

7. Limitation of Liability

MedTides assumes no liability for any misuse, misrepresentation, or improper handling of any products purchased from this site. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to hold MedTides harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of our products.
