General Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds and the strict handling, storage, and chain-of-custody requirements for lyophilized peptides, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been dispatched.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every batch is independently verified and ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA). If you believe there is an issue with your order, please review the exceptions below.

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion under the following circumstances only:

1. Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives with broken, cracked, or leaking vials:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging
  • We will send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund

2. Incorrect Items Shipped

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide a photo of the item(s) received alongside your order confirmation
  • We will ship the correct product immediately at no additional cost

3. Missing Items

If your order is incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will verify packing records and ship missing item(s) at no cost

4. Purity Dispute

If you believe a product does not meet stated purity:

  • Provide independent third-party lab test results demonstrating the product fails to meet stated purity
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your test results
  • Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or replacement

Note: Purity disputes must be substantiated with legitimate analytical data. Subjective claims without lab documentation will not be considered.

What Is NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong product
  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used in any research protocol
  • Orders where the buyer provided an incorrect shipping address
  • Packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer
  • Packages confirmed as delivered by USPS tracking but claimed as not received
  • Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery (except purity disputes — 30 days)

How to File a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, email support@medtides.us with:

  • Your order number or payment confirmation
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (required)
  • Any relevant third-party test results (for purity disputes)

We will respond within 12 hours during business days. Refunds, when approved, are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, the no-refund policy applies.
