Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with full tracking and $100 of included insurance coverage. We prioritize fast, reliable delivery to ensure your research materials arrive in optimal condition.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on business days ship the same day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends ship the next business day
Shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed once dispatched

Delivery Times

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days to most US addresses
Remote or rural areas may require an additional 1-2 business days
USPS does not deliver on Sundays or federal holidays

Packaging & Handling

Every order is packed with care to ensure your research materials arrive in perfect condition.

All vials are individually wrapped and cushioned with protective foam inserts
Orders ship in rigid, crush-resistant mailer boxes
Each product includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting purity, identity, and batch data
All packages ship in plain, unmarked packaging — no external branding or product descriptions

Temperature Protection

During warmer months (June–September), we include complimentary insulated packaging and gel ice packs. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit, but we take extra precautions.

Tip: We recommend shipping Monday–Wednesday during summer months to avoid packages sitting in hot facilities over the weekend.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with full USPS tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

Lost, Damaged, or Seized Packages

Domestic (US)

If your package is confirmed lost by USPS (no tracking updates for 10+ business days), we will file an insurance claim and reship at no cost.

Damaged orders: photograph the damage and contact support@medtides.us within 48 hours of delivery.
